Frustration with flaky freelancers and overpriced agencies inspired the founding of eqt_ops. We envisioned a new model where business owners and operators would get their digital overload back under control. As a full-stack digital extension and trusted point of contact we aim to help clients with a continuous digital service that drives efficiency and growth.

What is eqt_ops?

eqt_ops is a Digital Concierge service that handles business digital overload with a subscription model. We work on one task at a time, offering flexibility and control for a fixed $1,500–$2,500 p/month fee. Our full-stack digital expertise and advice replaces the need for multiple freelancers or costly agencies.

How do you compare to a digital agency?

Unlike agencies who charge $7,000+ p/month and usually work with contracts, scope briefs and long client email threads, eqt_ops provides an all-inclusive digital service on subscription. Clients can submit an unlimited number of tasks (we'll work on one at a time) which we will complete as soon as possible to drive growth and improve efficiency.

How long does it take to complete a task or project?

Most tasks are completed within 3 days, though larger ones may take longer. An estimated timeline is shared at the start, driving efficiency through focused effort on one task, ensuring the fastest possible turn-around for businesses.

What do you mean by 'unlimited tasks'?

You can submit an unlimited number of tasks but we'll only work on one request at a time to ensure focus and quality. With both our Basic and Pro plans, the next task begins after approval of the previous task, but on the Pro plan we'll work through your tasks faster as we'll work based on a 2x p/week check-in schedule.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel any time. Cancellation of an eqt_ops subscription is possible anytime with no penalties, enhancing flexibility. This no-contract approach, paired with $1,500–$2,500 plans, ensures businesses face no locked-in terms while receiving continuous support.

Can I request tasks outside the listed services?

Yes, you can request tasks that are not listed specifically. We'll do our best to accommodate any request and will reply honestly if we think it falls outside our set of capabilities. Most tasks can be done within a few days, for larger project requests we ask our clients to divide them into more digestible tasks to ensure timely completion and avoid feature creep.

Who is behind eqt_ops?

The predecessor to eqt_ops was founded by Jord in 2020. Out of frustration with unreliable freelancers and costly agencies, Jord has been experimenting with various 'agency alternatives' before eqt_ops emerged as a model that clients valued.

What type of support do we offer?

Support is provided via a private Slack channel. Tasks are tracked, reviewed and approved through your personal Project Dashboard.

How do we ensure the security of login credentials and data?

Login credentials are requested only when critical, with minimal access rights. New passwords are created for accessed apps, stored in an encrypted manager, and all data is deleted within 24 hours upon cancellation, ensuring secure service.

How do I request a task?

Tasks are requested via the personal eqt_ops Project Dashboard with one clear, concise sentence. Details go in the ‘description’ field; if unclear, we may ask clarifying questions to avoid confusion before we start.

How does the subscription billing work?

Billing for eqt_ops is straightforward—$1,500 or $2,500 monthly, charged upfront with no hidden fees. The Project Dashboard updates once a week (Basic) or twice (Pro), reflecting daily work to ensure the fastest turn-around on requested tasks.
