Before Equity Ops, our Founder Jord ran a B2B Outbound Marketing Agency called ColdFire. As clients' needs evolved, ColdFire morphed into Equity Ops, a full-stack RevOps Partner. The thesis behind Equity Ops is to make revenue operations a growth engine instead of an afterthought.
