Jord founded the predecsor of eqt_ops in 2020, a traditionanl digital agency that helped clients with CX Design and LeadGen. Out of frustration with unreliable freelancers, costly agencies and clients without PMF, Jord evolved his personal consulting practice into a full-stack fractional CRO service which has become eqt_ops, valued by VC & PE backed founders. Having been a founder and consultant himself, he's worked on both agency and client side. Jord studied Chinese Language and System Design, he has worked as a consultant at BCG and founded multiple tech startups. He's lived in Europe, Asia, the US and Africa.
